1. Is it worth having a webpage for a small business?

Whether you are a Restaurant, Architect, florist, doctor, consultant or a builder, having your own website means you can gain, have a more professional image and ultimately save time by providing information about your business.
 

   

2. Can I get e-mail with my website?

Yes, LHRweb.com can supply pop e-mail for use with Outlook and other pop mail programs. E-mail forwarding and even web mail so that you can access your mail from anywhere.  

   
   

3. Can I see the design while my website is under development?

Once the design for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our server for your approval. After the approval the rest of website will be developed.

   
   

4. What screen resolution will you design my website for? 

Whatever resolution you would like. Most people have their screen resolution set at 800x600 so that the resolution we would usually design a website for. 

   
   

5. What knowledge do you have of website programming?

We have experience of HTML, DHTML, ASP.NET, XML, PHP, Visual C++, Java, Visual Basic, JSP as well as tools like Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Illustrator and Macromedia Generator. 

   
   

6. Am I limited to the number of graphics on my website?

Many website designers place limitation on the number of graphics included with the started fee. We have never seen the sense in changing extra, unless the amount is what would generally be considered excessive.

   
   

7. What ongoing fees will I be charged for my site?  

Your ongoing fees will be your internet service provider, (ISP), Fee as your internet access is separate from your website.

If you opt to have your own domain name you will receive a renewal for your domain name once every one or two years. You may also be charged a monthly hosting fee for your website, depending on your choice of hosting company.  

   
   

8. My ISP allows me to have server space for a home page. Why can't I use this to host my site?

You can, though ISP's generally considered business sites as a home page. It also does not allow for you having your own domain name and many of the facilities to allow your site to be interactive and functional would not be available.

   
   

9. How long will it take to have my website online?

Generally about 10 days, depending on the type of complexity of the site required.
